JOGA’s Activities
An online game forum was created in 2004 to support IT and content ventures in the metropolitan area as a part of the Industry Cluster Plan by the Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, and this forum has worked to solve problems relating to online game businesses and promote the industry.
In June 2007, the Japan Online Game Association was established so that members participating in the online game forum could solve problems relating to online game businesses and promote the industry. The following is an outline of the organization’s main activities.

October | Director Lee from the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China and other related government personnel held a discussion on various problems relating to Chinese and Japanese online games. | |
2011 | April | Contributed funds to victims and areas afflicted by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. |
